We have developed a standardized valuation method in which all our websites are priced based on the following criteria at the time of sale:

* Domain Name
* Google Page Rank
* Incoming Google Links
* Incoming Yahoo Liniks
* Pages Indexed by Google
* Pages Indexed by Yahoo
* Average Revenue (past 90 days)

The value of each of these criteria reflects an average of reasonable and current industry standards.

Domain Name

How We Price It:

50% of the lowest appraised value.

Description:

We used the valuation tool at urlbuyers.com as a starting point. They give a value range, take the low end of that range and then reduce it by 50%. Some domains have considerable value, but the truth is that many websites overvalue them and we didn't want to do that.

Google Page Rank

How We Price It:

PR0 = $0
PR1 = $250
PR2 = $500
PR3 = $1,000
PR4 = $2,000
PR5 = $4,000

Description:

Google Page Rank has value if one is looking for traditional search engine traffic from Google. All things being equal, a website with an established page rank will have an advantange over a site that does not. Google places all adult oriented sites in their "sandbox" for a minimum of three months and sometimes much longer. A site in their sandbox will likely see very little traffic from traditional search results. The first thing page rank means is that the site is out of Google's sandbox and will start showing up much higher in their search results.

Like domain names, Page Rank has been overrated by some and is certainly not a “golden ticket” that automatically brings in visitors any more than any other search engine optimization. More than anything, Page Rank is reflective of Google's likelihood of returning a page near the top of the search results if other things are in place as well (i.e. unique content, links from related quality pages, other SEO, etc).

The easiest way to see a website's Page Rank is to download the Google Toolbar. Once you install it, every page you visit will have its Page Rank displayed also.

Incoming Google Links

How We Price It:

$5 per link

Description:

This is the number of websites Google shows as linking to the website being sold. Google almost never counts links from "link farms" or directories without content. Google only counts links from quality sites (usually determined by the website's Page Rank).

Incoming Yahoo Links

How We Price It:

$2.50 per link

Description:

This is the same as Google's links above. Yahoo's value is approximately half of Google's value since Yahoo receives about 50% less traffic and search results than Google.

Pages Indexed by Google

How We Price It:

$.50 for unoriginal pages
$4 for reorganized pages
$10 for unique pages

Description:

Once Google "spiders" a page and places it in their index it can be found in traditional search results. Once a page is indexed it typically stays indexed and so it is easier to add and/or change content to optimize the page, which increases the likelyhood of appearing near the top of search results. Like all search engine optimization, there are no guarantees, but getting a page indexed is the first step and an indexed page has value.

Not all pages are equal and we have value each type differently:

* Unoriginal pages are the least valuable as they are copies of existing pages. These pages will turn up in search results, but this will be less often than the other two types.

* Reorganized pages are pages that contain content that can be found elsewhere but have been reorgainized to suit a particular website's goals. Don't be discouraged by this type of page though as many large and successful websites are designed primarily with this approach. For example, nearly all retail stores have product descriptions that have already been published on a manufacuturer's website. The same hold true for most news websites, reviews websites, etc.

* Unique content is the most valuable as it is the first time it appears in Google's index and (all things being equal) is the most likely to appear in search results for searches specific to that page's content. It is also the most time-consuming job to create and by no means required for a site to be successful.

Pages Indexed by Yahoo

How We Price It:

$.25 for non original pages
$2 for reorganized pages
$5 for unique pages

Description:

This is the same as Google's page indexing description above. Again, the difference is that we valued them at 50% of Google's indexed pages as Yahoo is roughly 50% the size of Google.

Average Revenue

How We Price It:

The past 90 days revenue multipled by 8.

Description:

This is simply how much the site would earn in two years at its current rate. The current rate is based on the website's revenue determined by the past 90 days. Multiply this number by 8 to find a 2-year total.

We are offering two ways to save money when purchasing any of our websites:

1. We will host your site for free in exchange for placing a link to this website.

2. We will reduce the selling price for any site we have in exchange for placing 1, 2, or 3 links to our other sites.

We believe there is an incredible value to networking with other successful websites and would like to build a community with those who purchase our sites.
